• No refunds after 30 days.
• Contact us to arrange for any returns.
• A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
• There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts if we concluded the order was your error, but still a returnable item. If the error is ours, we will cover shipping expenses and re-send the item to you. If the order error is the customers, charges for shipping and handling are not refundable.
• Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging including all labels that came on the package.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• Electrical parts, airbags, fuel parts, high performance parts, racing parts or special ordered parts are not returnable.
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
• Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.

Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging. Once we receive your return and inspect it (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment methods. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

Core Policy: Some parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core returns must be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, undamaged, and in the original packaging. If you have any questions about core charges please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer them.

Pricing Policy: Pricing shown online is valid for online orders only and will not be honored in-store.

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
• If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
